If the Czech National Revival of the 18th and 19th century didnt take place the Czechs today would speak German (maybe some hybrid Czech-German in some places) and would be part of either Austria or Germany

But more importantly, it would be a tourism (and perhaps softpower) powerhouse in the center of Europe, possibly getting more tourists than the 4x larger Germany right on It's north
