Is your country corrupt?Austria yes, we're experiencing a rennaissance of corruption that permeates both politics and our business world and are probably the most corrupt since the foundation of the 2nd republic, the current incarnation of your country. In fact, we're likely the most corrupt European country that's not eastern European or balkans. When it comes to corruption we should be honorably balkanese, with some balkan countries like Croatia and Slovenia likely being less corrupt than us at this point.

>>215965089no, unfortunately.everyone know that a road or whatever is best buildt by a local company that knows the ground conditions but they might be pricy. but due to our hardcore anti corruption laws such deals cant be handed to them, their boss might be the brother in law of the mayor or something, cant have any of that. so they give it to the lowest bidder typicly a spanish or chinese company. and when they fail to deliver according to contract because they didnt know the ground conditions it gets delayed for a few years before the mayor eventually ask his brother in law to just get it done but now for 3x the initial price.
