Does having parents from different countries make someone less "native" to the place where they were born and live? For example, if a French person marries a Russian, would you see their kid as any less French, or just as French as anyone else born there? I'm really curious about anon's takes on this. Does it depend on how closely the ethnic or racial backgrounds align with the country? Like, maybe you'd hesitate to call someone with one French parent and one from the Mena as fully French.
