Battle of MaesoAfter suffering consecutive defeats against the Tang dynasty, Silla turned everything around in a single battle. In this battle, 200,000 Tang troops were decisively defeated by 30,000 Silla soldiers, causing Tang influence in the Korean Peninsula to collapse. Afterward, the Tang began withdrawing, and the war ended with Silla’s victory at the Battle of Gibeolpo (modern-day Seocheon County, Chungcheongnam-do), the final battle of the Silla-Tang War. Had Silla lost at Maeso, we might be speaking Chinese today.
Probably battle of Trenton (when Washington crossed the Delaware river). It is a small battle but the US probably wouldn't have formed if it didn't happen. The Continental army was on the verge of collapse after getting their shit kicked in New York, and winning/raiding Trenton was a major morale booster that resulted in many recruits/enlisted staying on and continuing the war

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siege_of_Szigetv%C3%A1r>The importance of the battle was considered so great that the French clergyman and statesman Cardinal Richelieu was reported to have described it as "the battle that saved (Western) civilization".[11] I always wondered if this battle really was this significant or if its importance had been overblown

>>215993877The Restoration of Bahia was very significant too and there was an intense guerrilla effort by locals thwarting their invasion beyond Salvador. I don't think the WIC had the manpower and funds for that but if the Dutch kept the official capital city of Brazil and the provisory capital in Olinda at the same time the entire Brazilian colony could have collapsed
