I was already pretty depressed before, this was the final straw that gave me a reason to become a complete shut-in. I developed severe depression that lasted years. Abandoned my studies and did nothing all day just lay in bed scrolling, yet completely exhausted and could barely sleep. I only recovered last year, so basically wasted 4 years of my life.
