Aside from that, it’s hard to say exactly how much of what we eat is european in origin because it has been adapted to fit our society throughout the centuries.On the top of my head I can think of things like the bread we eat, the most popular is heavily inspired by french breads, and by the end of the year we like to eat ham and some italian sweet breads like panettone.
