Do Spaniards consume South-American content and vice-versa? Must be a ton of Spanish content out there
>>216017625Depends. The spanish speaking internet is indeed pretty passive. And yeah media from latin america makes it here pretty often and viseversa. I won't say it's the majority in any way, but it's not rare.Weirdly many spanish streamers got pretty fucking huge in latin america. That said, we can't stand eachother's dubs.
>>216017709>we can't stand eachother's dubsI watch spanish dubs when I think the latino dub is trash, like in Detective Conan and Crayon Shin-chan
>>216017709>passivemassive lol>>216018012Yeah I meant in general. Personally I think some latin american dubs are fine.
>>216018012kinda impressive that you have such a preference for some mexican dub (which is what "latino" stands for in this case) over the spanish oneboth of them are quite different from argentine spanish, I guess latin americans just don't like european spanish
>>216017625Mainly youtube. Less commonly some Netflix meme novelty series/movie. For anything with a dub we avoid each other like the plague unless it's legit superior. For some reason Spanish dubs sound like they were recorded in a can underwater. Specially old anime dubs, sometimes they even contain the Japanese voices poorly erased in the background.
>>216018129>mexican dub (which is what "latino" stands for in this case) over the spanish oneIt's a fictitious accent to the point that sometimes there's a separated "mexican Spanish" dub. Mexicans will deny it though but they themselves make fun of kids using certain words used in dubs.
>>216017625Yeah, Chilean singing puppets, telenovelas copied from Colombia or Argentina and Youtubers from Spain used to be popular when I was younger.
>>216018578>Chilean singing puppetsI miss 31 minutos
