I work for a japanese manufacturer, we often get suggestions from overseas branches like US that would improve our products in a way that could steal a big percentage of the market share.

These suggestions are often ignored because Japan headquarters believe their product is already good enough. I wish they could open their eyes to reality, get their shit together so that we don't get overtaken by the chinese. Get rid of outdated bureaucracies and make better products

the anti-china shills are probably actually pro-chinese
A fog cover the eyes, the ignorant bury their heads in the sand, thinking that the world doesn't spin and they will forever reign supreme

Japan doesn't like tampering with markets, they're slow to change. The biggest irony of this is that sales is the most common salary job in Japan. I suppose their mode of thinking is some type of island mentality where every new product is an invasive species. China on the other hand built from virtually 0 in the 2000s, they also don't care much for cultural stability, it's why private companies and financiers love them so much.

The truth is a lot simpler: Japan is aging, most of the population isn't young.

>Japan is aging
