>>216142880Fuck Sweden do
>>216142880Sweden is one of the only European country that actually lets companies fire people. This is probably a big part of why they are so high.

>>216143118Jobs shouldn't have to be an extremely long term commitment from the employer, that makes them hesitant to take risks. Best thing for employees is a liberalized labor market. With that, you can get fired, but its also much easier to find another job in the event that happens. This also keeps society more productive, working with teams in some European countries I get the sense that there's a lot of people who are just unproductive and really don't have much reason to actually be there anymore other than their company cannot fire them, which means they just aren't really producing anything. If you're concerned about the unemployed, expanding unemployment insurance is much more effective than trying to prevent companies from firing people.
>>216143118why would you be uncertain if you are competent and qualified for your job?
>>216142880Remove the fake stats and you're only left with USA, China, UK, Taiwan, SK, Japan, and Israel as the only innovators. Everything else is padded stats thirdie cope.
