Alexander wins if it's open warfare.
Caeser wins if it's a drawn out campaign. He could have probably won the siege of Tyre for example but would have lost Gaugamela against Alexander.

Caeser also looked up to Alexander lamenting that by his teens Alexander had conquered the known world while he'd accomplished nothing in comparison.
