Does your city's average age vary drastically from neighborhood-to-neighborhood? Where I'm at, if you travel two miles south the average age decreases by ten years.
Yeah, mostly because we have 7 uni and college campuses seamlessly embedded in the main city. You would barely even realize you're entering a campus if it weren't for ye olde stone buildings.Rich early-retirees north of Bloor, college students just south of Bloor, low-income chinks even further south, and then high-income professionals in tech, media, advertising, etc. even further south towards the lakefront.
