So if you use PLDT change your DNS. The best thing you can do is have a DNS over HTTPS setup. I run my own DNS server for all clients on the wifi in my house but if you aren't going to go that far you can set up DNS over HTTPS in your Chrome or Firefox settings. On android you can use the 1.1.1.1 app from cloudflare but turn off the warp shit and only use the DNS and it will bypass these blocks.
