>>216233895It was shite, 4 anime episodes mashed into 1. Was too much talking. No one gives a shit about every single thought a character has. It tried hard to be all soppy and serious like look back with a god awful piano soundtrack. But the worst part is that people found it good. We're entering the anime film era where every shitter anime will get a film adaptation because brain dead japs and weebs will buy anything animated. I want my money back

>>216233895It was ok, better than the anime that's for sure, at least in the movie the Chainsaw Man wasn't animated in 3D, there are some beautiful scenes like the pool scene or the fireworks, but there were also many parts that were poorly directed, the fight against Typhon was a clusterfuck, I hope Chainsaw Man gets a full film adaptation. It'll take time, but at least we'll have a nice looking show instead of that horrible anime garbage they were making. Now I want to see the Gun demon animated.
