Why do normies love these (almost always fake) petty revenge stories so much? Also 90% of them are from workplaces it seems.
There's entire social media pages dedicated to people "sticking it up" to their manager by quitting their job then refering to something they said 8 months ago they don't even remember anymore.

Are these people actually just full of anger and rage?
Why cannot they just go out on their own terms and just quit a job they don't like?

those reddit subs are majority women. women love gossip

It's not just the subs in particular but overal on my social media feed I see a massive uptick in these revenge stories since 2020.
Most of them come down to someone quitting their job too as if it's some massive powermove. Then again I guess many people are afraid of quitting so it can actually feel like this big thing to them.

It's interesting it's actually global thing.

Exactly, when I wanted to stick it to my past employer I just stole money with fake or inflated receipts, not this performative bullshit

yes
>Why cannot they just go out on their own terms and just quit a job they don't like?
they're cowards

We live in a beta male/woman coward world where these people are bitter from being meek doormats their entire lives despite always doing the “right” thing, and since you can’t just beat someone who’s wronged you over the head with a rock they have to Jew them with backstabbery and games; acceptable within the confines of the social order.

Those subreddits are basically amateur creative writing subs. It's funny reading the comments and seeing people take the stories seriously.
But it's also harmful, because gullible retards will read them and think they're all real, which will affect the way they think/act. Imagine if you got with a girl, and she started reading relationship stories on reddit, which are always full of "HE WUZ MANIPULATIVE N SHIET" and the comments are always full of "BREAK UP WITH HIM IMMEDIATELY SISTER, AND REPORT HIM FOR RAPE" o algo.
It poisons minds.

I've noticed this too. There's also a genre called "Am I The Asshole" where they write about how if they were the bad person for asking some neonazi who was busy burning childrens hospitals to stop murdering kittens for a second and they got mad.

Many people are passive aggressive and insecure and easily slighted. They have these revenge fantasies because they're passive aggressive and are impotent IRL so they live vicariously through this shit. Normal people would just point out something being unfair or stick up for themselves right off the bat as soon as something they don't like pops up, but these people let it fester and have these weird inferiority complexes over them. I used to be an upper end middle manager at a company that was mostly women and passive men and the majority were types who'd read this shit constantly. The men who read this shit are actually the most pathetic.
