The United States voted to declare war on Bulgaria, Romania and Hungary in 1942.
However, I noticed the number of Yea votes and abstentions was different for each declaration, so I decided to check who voted what.

There were eleven House members who voted different answers between the three declarations, and I categorize them as follows,
