Yes, four days a week upper/lower. I've been lifting for a few years but felt like I wasted most of them due to shit routines and my diet could have been better. I'm in reasonable shape but have always been slim so will never be a big bloke. My ex said I was big though which made me feel good and that was two years ago when I was a bit flabby.

I spent 15 minutes this morning trying to figure out a steinborn squat because the instalment of my gym i went to has excellent treadmills and but only smith machine squats so i just gave up since i couldnt figure it out and started doing power cleans and zerchers

I go to the gym 3 or 4 times per week. I got myself a nice body already after years of lifting, but I'm trying to progress further and I'm starting to feel a bit discouraged because I barely see any progress anymore even after months of good lifting and diet with a good program. Feels like I'm hitting a wall and now I'm just getting fatter instead of gaining extra muscle.
