Good morning sirs.Managed to hit 55 kgs on unilateral incline chest press for 1 set of 2 reps. It tired my chest out so much that all 3 following chest sets were shite. Shoulder press felt easy as fuck, I think I'll attempt 26 kgs after chest in 2-3 weeks (could do it rn if I did it before chest). Tried the lat raise machine nobody uses as it sucks ass because men just simply don't fit into it if you want to opt for the largest ROM possible so you are forced to lower ROM so I was like fuck it, I'll do it unilaterally so I can fit into it by setting the starting position of the handle I am not using to the lowest ROM possible which places it above shoulder level and it worked.
