The result is society getting polluted with islamist, commie and radtrad memes and amplification of the fringe in civilized societies. The only solutions are either limiting free speech, buying the platforms or compete with your own because demographically America and "the west" can no longer maintain the status que order of values as many simply don't share the same intuition.
