For buying garbage you don't need, yes.
The carnival is pure cringe soul.

I am aware. Ireland in the 21st century is economically and culturally an American colony, it's just a tax haven.
Also, nobody internationally knows Halloween as an originally Irish tradition. It's known as an American one, because they're cultural leeches who absorb, commercialize and spread watered downed versions of foreign culture.
>>
>>216362001
Says this on an American website in their language btw

ZUTTED POV
>>
>>216358849
People take any kind of excuse to eat candy and go party. All shops take on the orange-black decor, and suddenly fucking Halloween is a thing.
You can buy what you want, eat what you want, but leave me the fuck alone, and don't you dare to ask shit from me.
>>
>>216362001
>people move here
>bring their cultures with them
>noooo!!!! stop leeching off of other cultures!
is this the same cognitive dissonance that causes old worlder clitty leakage when new worlders talk about where their grandparents immigrated from? why are you guys so stupid?
>>
>>216362914
thats literally squidward-coded, didnt know he was hungarian
>>
>>216358849
I was really disappointed to hear from immigrant coworkers that people celebrate halloween in their home countries
Sorry bud
>>
>>216358849
Today everyone got out of my Uni's building because they were testing dry ice for the Halloween party and the smoke activated the fire alarm. It was silly as fuck to see people running towards the exit. I went out while expecting that it was a nothing burger because I don't like to push my luck and because I wanted to leave earlier without missing the check in.
>>
>>216362956
kek
>>
One Halloween some little shits actually egged my door, so in the spirit of the season I bought a cheapo bag of sweets near expiry the shops were trying to offload and held onto it until the next Halloween when I left it out
I hope it gave them upset stomachs, cunts
>>
>>216363115
what if favellados dressed in masks start robbing people
>>
I watched an Arte France documentary last night about the origins of Halloween. They claimed the earliest traces of it date to 1st century France, or Gaul as it was known then. They celebrated three nights of "Samonium" which a thousand years later became Samhain in Ireland. November is a time when "nature dies", so all the ghosts come out of the Otherworld and people dressed masquerading themselves, usually as animals, to deceive the evil spirits. People on the European mainland and the British Isles used to carve faces into beets or turnips and put a candle inside. The pumpkinheads are a continuation of that custom, just with American vegetables.

>>
>>216365909
there are 4 types of bands in every serbian town
The gypsy trumpet orchestra every town has 5 of these for various events.
The non gypsy orchestra only for funerals and for racists one per town.
The folk and everything else singer band usually made up of a 8/10 slut singer,a fat slob on the synth and a old fossil(and or a young coke junkie thats also a dj) on the accordion 10 of these per town.
and "the rock band" made up of half dead boomers that play at the same pub since you were born and maybe at a town festival once one per town (too many).
