If you want to visit UK has european, you have to submit a stupid "not VISA" application where you attest you are not a terrorist, with a photo of your ID and a photo of yourself, and the fee is almost 20 pounds. You'd think showing up at the border with a passport is the point of a passport in the first place, not "take a photo of yourself and your passport and send in a separate application". The british deserve the nightmare returned.
