>>216390477I work with diesel electric systems and we had to do some shit where we interacted with tech support. Team used to be a bunch of guys from Japan and Europe but they got one Indian manager and now every single techical support person is Indian. We had to do a total reset and rekeying of systems for new hires and it was obvious the Indians didn't know how to use the system at all and they straight up started faking a bad connection at one point. One of the fucking beaner technicians just figured out how to open the device BIOS and just copy pasted the files from the necessary employee files and when we just asked the senior management and manufacturer for the actual numeral key to implement them and that worked. We wasted a full two 8 hour shifts with "technical support" and this on the spot fix only took about 20 minutes to do.
