i played geoguessr a bit, and i think some places get very direct help from the west for a while but then they're abandoned.

Indians don't have a concept of mind. They don't recognise the existence/importance of other people's concious experience. You would be amazed how much everyone's behaviour is being controlled by your consideration of others at all times. Like when you're walking and you and a random stranger are on a collision course? You change your course to avoid hitting them, don't you? If you unwrap some food while walking in a public place and are trying to eat it, but now there's a wrapper filling one hand, you stuff it in your pocket until next time you're near a bin, in large part becuase of the shame you'd feel if someone saw you just tossing the litter. Indians have zero sense of this stuff. While in any civilized place, everyone is automatically constantly checking if they're in anyone's way, or on course to be in anyone's way, adjusting themselves accordingly, and constantly supressing basal urges like the urge to pee becuase it might offend surrounding people if you just whap your dick out, indian's just don't have this feature for some reason.
