Shut up you brown shit. You aren't American.
>>
>>216476922
Modern Europeans descend almost entirely from a small region in Ukraine. So do Iranis and Indians btw.

They weren't endemic to europe you fucking sissy faggot fagclit, they also existed in Asia and North America you fucking sissy
>>
>>216477014
Yes. You think some peasant 6000 years ago could just learn a random language willy-nilly?
>>
>>216476961
Europeans have mostly European Hunter-Gatherer and Anatolian Farmer DNA, these two ancient groups of people lived in Europe for thousands of years before the arrival of the Indo-Europeans.
>>
>>216477035
>Asia
yeah and they were hunted to death by europeepees like the Tocharians and ancient Slavs

What resources would he use? The non-existent books he cannot even read? Or travel 500km and get killed by brigands on the way? Foreign language and literacy was reserved for the highest echelons of society. Charlemagne couldn’t even read on his own.
>>
>>216476922
Mammoths lived all across the northern hemisphere, retard
>>
>>216477153
reading was super rare until post printing press times especially in western society which was more primitive than the rest of the world until said printing press arrived.
speaking though was super common, there were long distance merchants and diplomats even in primitive societies. Typically if someone needed to communicate with someone in a foreign language they didn't know they'd kidnap a kid or someone weak who spoke it, they would learn your language because they had to, and then they would be your translator.

The only country that ever achieved higher literacy rates at any point in history is China, you disingenuous brown faggot.
>>
>>216477153
Nobody thinks they used duolingo. Illiterate 70 iq niggers and pajeets all speak multiple languages. It's doable especially if the language in question is very primitive
Just force your language on them real hard and in a few generations they will speak your language. It happened throughout history a million times
>>
>>216476922
Hello, I am most WHG in Europe. We needed to eat them for fur and warmth. Europe lived in the Ice age, there were two or three survival areas, either Iberia, Balkans, Ukraine. The landmass was covered in ice.
>>
>>216477300
Doubt it, traditional Chinese is an insanely difficult writing system to memorize.
>>
>>216477322
>the language in question is very primitive
No such thing. There's tons of studies that deboonk that retarded claim. All languages pack the same amount of information per unit time. Just because this or that language lacks a particular feature doesn't make it "primitive". That's something I expect to hear from retarded monolingual EFLs.
>>
>>216477153
>The non-existent books he cannot even read
How do you think small children learn their language? Ancient merchants could learn multiple languages through interacting with people speaking those languages.
>Or travel 500km and get killed by brigands on the way?
Ancient trade networks were huge, metals mined from Scandenavia were used all the way in the ancient Middle East.
>Charlemagne couldn’t even read on his own.
Yet Charlemagne was fluent in Greek and Latin, you don't need to be literate to be multilingual.
>>
>>216477334
China had a whole social class of scribes and was the first country to introduce written exams. It mogged the rest of the world by a significant margin at certain points in history (not always).
>>
>>216477300
im white but ok
and depending on where you draw the line of the west that's true, I was mostly referring to the far west like England and France. Southern/South East Europe was well off, especially the Byzantines/Ottomans.
>>
>>216477403
>How do you think small children learn their language?
Another monolingual retard making a fallacious comparison between learning your native language at 3 and learning a new language at 25.
>>
>>216477431
Pal half the people on this board are people who learned English as a secondary language from tv and video games
>>
>>216477412
Very very few people could pass those exams.
>>
>>216477473
Yes, and they're never going to be as good as EFLs. Someone who has practiced a language for 20 years but started at 30 has a priori worse mastery than someone who has spoken it for 20 years but started at 10. This is obvious to anyone but monolinguals.
>>216477482
I know. We're talking 5% literacy rates vs 2% literacy rates. Modern estimates put imperial Rome at like 10% and it was only surpassed in the 1800s.
>>
>>216477369
Yeah I am sure some language from 6000 years ago had the same amount of words we use today and the grammar was just as advanced
>>
>>216477431
You don't need to be literate to learn multiple languages, that's the point I'm making.
>>
>>216477544
Latin had cases. Romance languages don't. Old English had cases. Modern English doesn't. But yeah, those dumb old pipo hehe new = good, amirite?
>>
>>216477519
>and they're never going to be as good as EFLs
What makes you think they won't? Joseph Conrad and Vladimir Nabakov are ESLs, and they're masters of the English language.
>>
>>216477547
You cannot learn a new language if you don't have access to it. That's the point I'm making.
>>
>>216476922
>wtf was their problem bros?
hunger, cold
>>
>>216477614
I know, ancient merchants would have first-hand contact with people speaking different languages, that was how they learned those languages.
>>
>>216477611
Actual linguistic studies you can easily google. This is basic shit. Anyone who’s ever learned a language knows this intuitively. Especially if they have learned 2 or more foreign languages over a span of time. Maybe try learning one.
>>
>>216477519
>We're talking 5% literacy rates vs 2% literacy rates.
Swap those numbers and you would still be a bit off the mark.
>it was only surpassed in the 1800s.
Lol no, the average Protestant peasant knew how to read by the 1700s.

>>
>>216476961
Actually, dark skinned EHG people came first and they're the actual ancestors of Europeans. They moved from Siberia to northern and central Europe like the ones from the first Ice Age movie.
The other group moved to Anatolia first the settled in southern Europe beginning tiny farming settlements.

The R1Apists from Ukraine came thousands of years later.
>>
>>216477082
It's a commonly established fact. Steppe R1Apists moved from the banks of the Volga river, worshipping the sky and thunder god, and ran a rape train all across Eurasia from eastern China north west India to Iberia. They replaced local myths and deities with the supreme sky father and venerated his son as the king of gods.
