I've heard foreigners say it's weird that you're required to have your cars headlights turned on at all times in Norway, even during daylight. When driving that is, you dont need to have the headlights on while the car is parked.It makes it way easier for other cars/pedestrians to see the car so it makes a lot of sense from a safety perspective
