I live in Milwaukee and most streets look like pic rel, impossibly hard to travel in winter but decent events in the summer. Crime is as bad as most American cities, roads are everywhere you won't be walking to shit they ruin most the scenery. I've never been too much in Madison or green bay. My biggest complaint actually would be it's filled with the worst type of boomers, I could go weeks at a time without seeing anyone my age 20s unless they're black. Most of my highschool friends left.
