No one, I have the intelligence to figure that out myself. I can more or less speak it theoretically and have a large enough vocabulary.

I can watch youtube videos, play video games in French, read comic books and even somewhat read books and I can watch movies if I got French subtitles on but the way French people speak in general really trips me up.

Those levels are determined almost exclusively by speed and not vocabulary
