It is kino, however /int/ needs to know where Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland are so that they don't refer to the entire thing as England.

Historically, the names were pretty much interchangeable as it represented the English claim to dominion over the whole island. Britain itself was the pre-conquest name, of course, and respected for its imperial connections to Rome and the classical world and early Christianity.
