>>216612504Eureka is one of the most prominent parts of the Redwood Empire, the North Coast of California. I think I drove through there once. It sits on one of the best bays between San Francisco Bay and Portland Oregon. But it's not really used much because the inland is all a tangled mass of hills and rough terrain for miles and miles until you reach the Central Valley. I live in Sonoma County so I've never seen much of the Central Valley beyond Highway 5 and 80.
