D.C outside of Georgetown, Foggy Bottom, and Downtown was extremely shitty for a very long time but is temporarily being cleaned up by Trump sending in the troops due to D.C not having any state's rights, doing something like France does with Operation Sentinelle (though this will likely end whenever Republicans are out of office).
