Does it matter? It's an unrealistic premise. They are so wealthy compared to the poor, they have feel like colonial slave owners. Private drivers, gardeners, butlers, cooks, maids, etc waiting on them 24x7. They can do pretty much whatever they want in this lawless country because of their wealth and connections. You can commit murder with impunity, you can rape people and next day be awarded honors on a podium.Their neighborhoods are exclusive, luxurious and opulent. They have a western style of living.Giving this privilege up to be a "somewhat" rich or middle class cunt like everyone else in the US is retarded.They still travel back and forth to the US.
