Imagine how cool it would be to live right next to a massive country with so much history, so many beautiful natural wonders, so much great food, and so many beautiful women without the fear of being robbed or having your head cut off by the cartel. I want to see all the great Mayan temples. I want to experience the night life of Mexico City. I want to lie on the beaches of Tulum. I want to see the rain forests and the deserts and the mountains. But I'm never going to visit Mexico for as long as this horrible cycle of cartel violence exists at the core of their society, and I don't see Mexican society correcting itself any time soon.
Mexico will always be a no-go zone because most Mexicans are terrible people (idle, petty, vindictive, violent).
don't worrythe government gives preference to the security of tourists which is why in places like san miguel de allende there's over 20,000 gringos while a little further south in the same state the narco is exploding car bombs
>>216611554This is exactly what I mean though. I don't want to have stay confined to the sanitized tourist zones, I want to freely explore the country as I please. Obviously every country has its bad areas you shouldn't clueless wander into, just look at America. But in very few countries do I have to constantly worry if crossing one more street will put me out of the police safe zone and into hostile cartel gang territory. I truly want what's best for Mexico and Mexicans, you guys have a really cool country.
>>216611540If America was smart, we'd just prop up another Mexican state in the North (part of Mexico that actually matters because of the manufacturing) and bribe them with gibs to build a wall on par with Israel-West Bank or NK/SK on their southern borders to keep the other orcs from moving North and themselves and another more gibs to build another wall on their northern border
Monterrey, Guadalara and CDMX are more developed than 90% of the world. Who cares about backwater countryside / municipalties. The future is the city-state
