happens in your country?
>>
remember when Bill Gates and Obungo shilled for LED lights to save the frickin Eartherino from climate change? Fast forward 15 years and Gates just said that he made most of that shit up.
>>
Don't drive at night
>>
If I can see the shadow of my own car ahead of me, something is going terribly wrong.
Add to that that it is super expensive to fix those systems if anything is broken, as opposed to just changing a bulb

not my problem

I trust whatever Bill Gates says.
He's smart and has humanity's best interest at heart.

Well if you look at power/lumen ratio, LEDs win easily. But then we (chinks) need to manufacture them and recycle old halogens, don't know about the carbon impact of that
>>
>>216618328
I like to incel drive at night though.
>>
i have a small mirror on the parcel shelf behind my rear seats
>>
I often can't tell whether or not the driver has his high beams on and if i should flash him
>>
>>216618229
Yes, I suffer since it's dark almost like 24/7 now.
>>
>>216618229
If you see lights like the ones on the right then bad news. you have astigmatism
>>
>>216618920
Wrong. LEDs really are that bad now.
>>
>>216618920
what is worse is that you are also about to be in a frontal collision
>>
>>216618229
No, it doesn't. Do you not have high/low beams in America?
>>
>>216618229
Not my problem. I am more important than you, more successful than you, so I got a better car. I need to see more to keep me safe. If that means you crash and die next to the road, that's a price I'm willing to pay.

This has been the case for a while. Kurvenlicht, etc. made headlights more complicated. If any, LEDs simplified the designs again. Also:
>bulb
Everyone had xenon even 15-20 years ago

I'm not a car guy, my only reference is this old Opel Corsa I got as a gift. It's the perfect car for me, and it got a simple design.
Happy to hear that LEDs at least simplified a problem that had developed there
>>
how is this fucking legal?
