Can someone logically explain what happened in the last decade that we have Indians working everywhere in the world in all positions from CEOs to food delivery boys? Especially I don't get why it is happening only now and not 10 years ago. It's not like something has crucially changed in terms of politics over this period, India did not change its policy after all. Why Indians did not apply for visas earlier, or if they did, why were they refused (and now aren't)?
