Do you think the Chinese are noisy?In my experience, Americans are louder.They talk, laugh and shout in groups on the subway and on the streets.Very rude and looks like barbarians..
When I lived in Nanjing there was always people who came back late at night from playing Mahjong and would talk really loud in the street outside at 1am. I shouted at them several times but they always ignored me.
