Because in contrary to what westoids usually think, commieblocks are quite different across countries. Maybe to westoids these differences are meaningless but eastoids usually can easily tell them apart. Or at least regionally. For example Polish and Czech commieblocks are very similar, but ex-USSR or Balkan blocks are already visibly different than here. It's just about size of windows, certain architectural traits, whether (and how) they're modernized etc
