Today I made English muffins (first time baking since moving to Japan) and brought them to work.
I gave one plain muffin and one sandwich version to a Kyoto qt. She liked it, posted it into instagram, wrote really tasty in Russian and tagged me. She asked me to give her bread again next time I bake.
I gave two plain muffins to Shikoku biker tomboy. She acted very happy and when I was leaving she stopped me in the corridor and asked me what kind of sandwich is good with it. I didn't know what to answer and said uhh I guess ham would be good. She said alright, I'm gonna buy some ham then.
I gave one plain muffin to my Polish gymbro manager. He came up to me later, said very tasty in Russian and asked me to teach him how to make them.
I also gave one to the Sichuanese girl but that was right before she clocked out so idk her reaction yet.

So, question to you int, why don't you learn how to bake? Or just cook some good food and give it to people, that's how you can make friends and reinforce existing amicable relations.

Please give the boy some bread too.

By bread flour you mean strong flour? With weak flour you can still make great pastries and brioches and other enriched dough breads

The Polish guy is a 30 year old boy.
I also was contemplating giving the tomboy only 1 muffin, and giving the other to my very funny 50-something male coworker from Kobe but after dwelling oh this a bit I decided to give the tomboy two muffins.
She's also a funny lass, the day before I told her that I was at kushiyaki and the bartender said he knew her, and she laughed and said that we should go there together sometime. She also uses "ken" at the end of half of her sentences, which I find funny. I too want to use ken

食べたいよ
でもなぜ日本の野菜はそんなに高いの。特にトマトが。最近ピーマンとオクラとキムチしか野菜食べてない。トマトきゅうりサラダほしい。

Yeah idk I'm trying to imagine doing the same back home and while I know a few people who would react in similar manner most would just be confused or something like that.

It's an isolated and safe country. People don't have to worry much about other's behavior

Also forgot to mention the Korean girl. She had day off today but yesterday I told her that today I'd be bringing the muffins and she was like nooooo why tomorrow why not later you can't do that
