There is literally no sun (no vitamin D)i feel like it does nothing, every nordoid takes vit d in caps, probably way more than what thirdies actually get from the sun, and every therapy also always starts from increasing vit d doses yet at the end it doesn't work for shit and depression/suicide rates are much higher there than anywhere else
