my gf use to live in the UK and said it can take up to a year or more to see a gynecologist, but here (in the US) she was able to schedule an appointment to see one before the end of November. I know the healthcare is free over there, but she's been complaining of pain during sex and also when she got her last period apparently the cramps were really bad. I can't imagine her having to wait that long to be seen. What do women do over there if they have an emergency? She said "we just wait, unless it's a big emergency we just have to wait"She also said you sometimes have to wait like 3 hours in the waiting room and sometimes they just cancel your appointment for no reason. WTFsorry for frog this was the only brit-related picture I had saved on my computer
Yep that's are NHS
>>216654660There aren't that many Gynos imc but, waiting a year is probably an exaggeration. it takes like a month. They're also known to reschedule
yeah most non emergency stuff will take ages
>>216655289I still can't get an appointment to reattach my dignity
>>216654660And how would posters here know how long it takes to see a gynecologist?Local GP can be fairly quick but he’s shit, emergency room can take hours though, last time I had an appointment booked at a hospital I think it was a month after
>>216655535Your mum needed an emergency appointment after the last time I shagged her
>>216655535My mum had to see one so I'm familiar with the process
>>216655575Done him

>>216654660Pain in sex and cramps are not deemed to be serious so you'll have to wait.
>>216658000no wonder british women dont want to have sex and even kids
>>216658065Begone Sinaga
>>216654660I can't really say because I don't have a vagina, but yeah, anything that sounds par for the course. To answer your question about what they do if they have an emergency they usually get bumped ahead in the queue although a not as uncommon as you'd hope alternative is to die in the waiting room.
>>216654660I got two separate appointments at my health clinic by booking those appointments on the NHS mobile app on the same day.And before anyone blames me for holding up the NHS, one appointment was for a mental health clinic referral, and another appointment was because I had a swollen, tender lymph node for a week and I had blood tests done to confirm it wasn't leukaemia.
>>216654660Only in England, NHS Scotland is actually decent and competant
>>216658065It's 2025, no woman wants to have kids.
