One of the main complaints I see from koreans when it comes to raising kids seems to be the high cost of living in kr, so has the gov or anyone there tought of building boarding schools in cheaper countries to send your kids to study/grow?
the high cost of living is a meme response.you can just raise your child affordably if you choose to do it but koreans are always in competition mode so they go into expensive tutoring.
