We are all aware of what is happening in Brazil, many deaths of criminals and much confrontation. We generally don't give much credit to all the heroes we have, and many of these are women. This woman showed more courage than many; of pure and spontaneous will, she spoke face-to-face with criminals and negotiated with them, thus preventing deaths and saving dozens of lives. Without women, this operation would have been a failure. Hail, warriors!
