I'll be honest -26.3 is hoodie weather for me, but I will be sweating under that hoodie
>>
Nothing more corny than northoids pretending they don't wear three layers of clothes under their jackets when the temperatures hit below freezing temperatures
>>
-26.3? Gonna need an AC to cool down, really
>>
>>217060906
-26 is just regular winter weather, I've genuinely gone out in a t-shirt and crocs in that.
>>
>>217060906
The body warms up in response to the cold, especially if you move around even a little
>>
>>217060728
>>217060808
depends on the wind
tends to be the more snow = the milder the climate somehow, so I feel comfy without beanie/gloves, etc
odd

Wind is the only thing that can convince me to wear a jacket
Unfortunately I live in a windy area and I don't like wearing a jacket

Helsinki is a coastal city with mild, rainy weather. Most helsinkians move further up north for the holidays.

Why does it make you so mad that some people are used to the cold? Does it make you mad when south asians pull out the parkas at 15°?
>>
>>217061400
You don't walk outside in a T-shirt at -26 degrees. Maybe for one minute to take the trash out. Everything else is literally not humanly possible to survive. Quit the larp
>>
>>217061324
Holy butthurt
-23 is objectively not cold
>>
>>217061427
No I walk in a hoodie at -26 (though it doesn't usually get that cold here, only -20 is common)
If I try to wear a jacket I get too warm after 10 minutes outside and then I have to take it off and carry it, not worth it unless I'm in danger of getting locked outside overnight
>>
>>217061427
>not humanly possible to survive
kek, you've never experienced winter. Do you also think it's not possible to survive a 110C sauna?
>>
>>217061480
They don't know a concept of warm clothes
>>
>>217061480
>not possible to survive a 110C sauna?
It's not possible, not for a long period of time. Once again, being outside to take the trash out or going for a 5-minute jog doesn't count. Try being 1 hour+ outside with nothing on and tell me how well your survive Mr tough guy
>>
>>217061512
It's the Finn who tries to convince us that he walks outside without proper clothes at -26 though

A lot of people here seem to forget how important humidity is in cold perception.
-5 at 100% humidity objectively feels colder than -25 in low humidity.
Also it isnt that cold in Switzerland right now OP. But sometimes Switzerland gets flash freezes once a decade down in the valleys by the lakes that feel cold after because of the high humidity and Switzerland being one of the countries in the world with the highest rainfall/percepitation.

>>217062366
I've gone skiing in shorts
But it was pretty warm
