They're the same chinks. Singapore just had a chink majority and was kicked out. 1% of Malay population but majority of country's wealth btw.

Slightly different accents and vocabularies.
Also seem to have different levels of risk tolerance, which would make sense since there are fewer local, "easy" opportunities for Malaysian Chinese people.
But as you can imagine, the differences aren't huge.
