>i'm free tomorrow saturday anon, want to meet me my place for a cup of coffee at ten? ;)
when are you showing up?
>>
>>217157017
at 10? its obvious af its 10, 10 in the morning. if it was 10 in the evening you would have said beer instead, or specified that it was 10 in the evening because its bit late for normal hangouts.
>that thing in oslo tomorrow?
>im picking you up at 2 then we drive together and swap driving as needed
i live in trondheim btw, so when do i pic you up?

I keep seeing this meme that people from x and y cultures have for habit to arrive later than a set time for an appointment. I even heard it about French people, allegedly being normal to arrive 30 minutes late even though that's definitely not true and is extremely impolite.
Are there any actual cultures like that or is it just some northern euro meme to make fun of southern europeans supposedly having no serious?
>>
>>217156790
i do that. but i also have the good ol 'tism

it is a big thing among boomers here to always be in time and to start their work day early, at 7 maybe even 6. but they are also the first to clock out, if so the world is falling apart around them if they clocked in at 6 they leave at 14 no fucks given.
they cannot understand the millenial and later mindset of maybe showing up at 7, maybe 9? but damn shure we will stay here until the job is done if it so takes us all night and into the next day.

literally everything you see on this website is fake and gay because it's all thirdies and bots competing for (you)s through obnoxiously spamming the same threads over and over

Yes.
Being punctual is one of the most basic things you can do to be a normal functioning human being.
Being late/early is rude as fuck.
And I don't care if you are my best friend, a date or the King of Sweden. Show up more than 10 minutes late and I'm gone. If you don't have a good excuse, I'm fucking blocking you.
>>
>>217158686
hey man it's me the king of sweden i'm running a little behind sorry champ
>>
>>217158535
But does she make it up to you?
