are you a guatemalteco? When I was there most of the strays had that particular mutt look, the ones born on the street. but there was one who was much taller and lankier. He seemed out of his element, definitely a house dog who had been let loose. He was the only one I fed. Poor boy.

In the west, despite being dog lovers, we have animal control that will go around, pick up stray dogs, hold them for a month or so, and then euthanize them if nobody picks them up in that timeframe.Yet thirdies think this is cruelty for some reason
