I just get to know that in first world countries public servant jobs are not the most coveted jobs. Does this phappen in your country? Why?

First world cunts don't have rampant corruption so public servants can't abuse their positions for monetary gain and they aren't handed to the relatives of the people in power to keep power in the family and cash in on those delicious tax revenues collected from the people. In first world countries public servants actually have to be servants and their pay is low and they have no power to do anything.

are pays in private sector really higher in first world countries? Cause here they ar elower and they can fire you whenever they want and they nyou will struggle to find another job. Also they will press you hard to actually work, while you can often pretend to work slower in the public sector

plus once you are a public servant you are virtually unfireable

you have to literally set the office on fire voluntarily of kill somebody to get fired

first world countries public servant job work exactly like all the other jobs, with the difference you are paid less. They even don't have open public exams to become a public servant but the give HRs their CVs and wait for them to get called

Private sector typically pays more for the same academic level, for middle-tier and high-tier jobs. Low-tier jobs pay more in public sector.

Here it depends what type of private sector job you're competing with.

I work in international trade and would gladly take a job with the regulator (CBP) because even though the pay would be a little bit lower there's more job security, better benefits, more room for growth, etc. than there is working at one of the private companies that deals with them. Most people are probably in this boat where their skillset is limited enough that a government job would inevitably be better than anything they could get from a private employer.

On the other hand if you're in a high paying profession like a doctor or a lawyer or an engineer etc. you'd be leaving a shitload of money on the table by going to work for the government. Government lawyers make like 15% of what the private sector lawyers they contest cases against do.

The job can have its perks and there's a satisfaction to it

Japan is a third country, so civil servants have higher average annual incomes and shorter working hours.

In here, working in the public sector means you're basically trading earning potential for job security. Private sector jobs tend to pay much better but it's much easier to be laid off from them than in the public sector.
