That way you will finally want to leave your house after 4 months of neetdom and you will focus pick other hobbies be it lifting, running, studying something... Doing something worthwhile with your life. We are all slaves to screens to some degree but some adults manage to stay busy and functional with work, projects, hobbies, family...
