The computer mouse in question was actually some kind of drawing tablet technology that never took off. And when he supposedly invented color computer graphics, it was already commercially available. He just had a patent on a very specific use of color computer graphics that he managed to collect royalties on throughout the 90s. He mostly seems like a patent troll to me but because he's from a small country and all the other stuff on that list is from the turn of the last century he's made out as a good guy.
