Don't think because of any issue on their part but mostly because Americans tend to go all golden retriever when they stumble across a Non-American. Last year I stumbled across one who was adjusting his conceal carry who was clearly fresh off the boat and barely spoke any English, which I thought was funny.
Mostly good.People being second class citizens makes them get along better it seems.
