It's more like $4000 here anywhere that isn't absolutely infested with feral American niggers. It's so particularly retarded here that paying a mortgage is far less expensive than renting. I managed to get a house at a younger age so I'm the rare exception rather than the rule. I am contemplating renting it out myself at a somewhat reasonable price to a nice family or a group of promising young men as a bit of a good deed since that would also be a source of income for me abroad.
