So apparently, if you are a rich person, it is considered poor taste to "flash" your wealth in Denmark/Scandinavia

>Can't drive Ferrari
>Can't wear Rolex
>Can't dress expensive
>Can't own big house

Boring as fuck
You are expected to behave like a npc even if you are rich

yes we judge people by their achievements and character rather than what car you drive or what watch you wear
>>

Living by what society/group expects you to do is slave mentality, and yet I'm supposed to believe these places are the pinnacle of "individualism"
>>

>checks how much tax you pay online and judges you silently
how do you respond without sounding mad
>>
>>217210354
scandinavia a stuck in the past 1984 shithole that's less ill willed than other authoritarian countries that's living off hundreds of years of classical liberalism and safety
>>

People mistake dressing expensive with dressing flashy

Billionaires like Mark Zuckerberg don't dress flashy. Some people even mistakenly think they dress cheap. Even though the plain shirts they wear are worth like 700 euros each

What I'm trying to say is that you can display your wealth in subtle ways most normies would not even get it
>>
>>217210350
>achievement
That's what having a good car signals.
>>
>>217210287

What the hell are you talking about? You can do all those things if you want. But people wont suck you off or worship you for doing those things or think it makes you better than others.

They don't care about shit like that in the wealthiest nordic city (Oslo)
Many of the supercar owners in Oslo are no more than 18 - 20 year old and owners have many gatherings every year and it looks like this

here it just signals that you like cars and dont mind spending lots of money on them

>So apparently, if you are a rich person, it is considered poor taste to "flash" your wealth
It's like that in all civilised countries. We just have a lot of new arrivals who think differently. Denmark has some of the tightest immigration in Europe, that's why they still retain etiquette.
>>
>>217210287
Buying a penis extender is a pure NPC behaviour though. It's accepted to display your passion, not your wealth.
>>
>>217210287
When poor people get money they like to show off so they can feel superior to others. It works in poor thirdie shitholes and other poor people will look up to them.
In rich societies where there are no true poor people there is no need to show off your wealth. Nobody frowns at rich people buying quality products but trying to be flashy for the sake of showing off will only make you look like thirdie trash.
>>
>>217210287
why would you buy a rolex? does it show time more accurate? why would you buy a ferrari? speed limit is still the same?
shure if you want to buy it then buy it, its just that we dont give a shit and thats what most thirdies want, they dont crave the rolex or ferrari in itself they crave the respect that comes with it and they dont get that here. all this money and none gives a fuck.
>>
>>217210287
Perhaps it's cultural
If Scandinavian billionaires want to flash their wealth they can buy a second home in Dubai, Miami or Monaco and drive a Bugatti
>>
>>217210287
Honestly, everyone dresses nicely in Denmark. You never see people with tattered or dirty clothes. Every house is tidy, spacious and well kept. It feels like an entire country of rich people.

I legit can't tell the difference between this and a $3 t-shirt from Primark. Am I just too poor to understand?
>>

The video literally proves otherwise
>>
>>217210287
Being humble is appreciated here
>>
>>217210901
There isnt one.
>>
>>217210901
The difference is obvious when you can touch it, the material is usually extremely fine and survives laundering well.
Shirts are always hugely marked up for the brand to make money as they often barely break even on more expensive items like knitwear and jackets.
Richfags don't mind buying the "overpriced" shirts because they're rich.
I'm sure people who are wealthy but not literal billionaires get reasonably priced shirts thoughever.
>>
>>217210924
no it doesnt. you can get into debt and buy a flashy car today? does that make you rich? no. so its the achievment that does so not the car you drive or clothes you wear.

I don't want to be "that guy" and try to lecture you about your country but there are several ethnic Britts who display their wealth pretty shamelessly. Gordon Ramsay owns several special edition Aston Martin cars worth several million pounds. Rowan Atkinson too. Harrods is pure luxury. The English royal family lives extremely lavish, way more than other European royal families.

I don't think Britts shame people for displaying their wealth. Doesn't seem like it
>>
>>217210901
It's probably more noticeable in real life, not so much in pictures. If you could feel the fabric you could probably tell instantly.

i wouldnt call rowan atkinson flashy? talking about brits and cars, in kinda into land rovers. i saw one guy describing the classic land rover as a class eraser. the richest guy or the poorest farmer could both drive a land rover and stop to have a chat over how shit their car was and right there there would be no class divide between them.

He owns some really high end McLaren, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce, Bentley and Mercedes Benz cars. Yeah I wouldn't even call it flashy either, but it's definitely showing wealth

so many fails to see the difference between showing wealth for the sake of showing wealth and just being rich and affording stuff.

Tesla is the most popular new car in norway, they also love buying boats and cabins

Flashing wealth is for niggers, mexcrements, jeets, and other vulgar animals. Dignified races don't do it.

Most of that material shit is based off what poor people think rich people do. It's meant to attract insecure people but drawing then to material wealth. So many fags on social media borrow money they don't have to flex non existent wealth on social media

Genuine rich people don't feel the need to flex their wealth by buying a Bugatti.
>>

why do you lie so much

Thirdies and new worlders are unironically think getting a Chinese-made brand-cluttered LV bag or an Armani suit from a store is somehow superior to getting all your clothes hand-tailored to your buddy by Italian master tailors.

Your tastes are so vulgar.

New cabins in Norway are like big houses with pool and other shit located in famous ski resorts. Cabins in norwegian ski resorts are International investments
>>
>>217218037
This is what other nordics refuse to acknowledge but Norway real estate is on another level both in cities like Oslo and in Norwegian ski resorts. Other nordics can't even compete
